Build a world-class company. Without losing your mind.

Foundersbeat connects you with another founder based on what you're actually dealing with this week - for focused peer support, clarity and accountability.

The founder rollercoaster is real

You make big decisions with incomplete information, every single week.

Everything is urgent

There's always another fire. It's hard to tell what actually matters and what just feels that way at 11pm.

Stay on top of things

It's easy to disappear into the next task and lose sight of where the company is actually headed.

Keep everything together

Product, team, marketing, investors, your own head. You're the one holding it all in one piece.

Not every one of these gets solved by another framework. Sometimes you just need someone who's been there.

Your weekly reset

Foundersbeat runs on a simple weekly rhythm.

  1. Check in

Tell us what's really going on this week, the one thing that's actually on your mind.

  2. Talk to your match

We connect you with a founder whose experience is relevant right now, and you have a simple, focused 1:1 conversation about it.

  3. Reflect

Close the week with a short reflection on what shifted, and what's next.

Inner Circle

Found a good one? Keep them.

Some matches are a one-week conversation. Others click. When a match works, it doesn't have to end after one week. You can keep that founder as part of your personal Founder Inner Circle and check in with them directly going forward.

This is what a match looks like

Founder A shares this week's challenge

“I'm juggling ten fires at once and I've completely lost sight of what actually matters this quarter.”

Needs: clarity, and a sense of balance.

Founder B has relevant experience

“I hit the same wall eight months in. I will share with you what brought me back.”

That's the match.

Who Foundersbeat is for

01

Builders carrying the weight

You're building something real, and some weeks it's genuinely heavy. You want that to be normal to say out loud.

02

Ambitious, not burnt out

You want to stay ambitious without constantly running on empty. Sustainable performance over permanent hustle.

03

The right person, not another feed

You want perspective from someone who's actually lived it, without another framework, a salesy expert or wonder-hacks.

We're building the first Foundersbeat cohort

We're testing a simple weekly peer-support format with a small group of founders before building the full product. For this first cohort, matching will be curated by us directly — you'll share your challenge each week and we'll connect you with a relevant founder.

What Foundersbeat is

Weekly, founder-to-founder, challenge-based peer support built on lived experience. It's lightweight, private, and human.

What Foundersbeat isn't

It's not a content library, a Slack community, a productivity app, therapy, or traditional mentoring. No feed to scroll, no content to work through — just one relevant conversation a week.

Is this therapy?

No. Foundersbeat is peer support, not therapy or professional mental-health care. If you're dealing with something that needs clinical support, please talk to a qualified professional.

Who will I be matched with?

Another founder whose current challenge, past experience or perspective is relevant to yours. For the first cohort, we make these matches ourselves.

Do I have to talk every day?

No. The format is intentionally lightweight: one check-in and one focused peer conversation per week.

Is this another founder community?

Not really. There's no feed to scroll and no content to consume. The focus is getting the right peer connection for what you're dealing with right now.

How does the beta work?

The first cohort is small, and matches are curated manually while we learn what works best before automating any part of it.
